General Use

• Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail products at Statement Nail & Wax Lounge.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be used for gratuity.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Please treat gift cards like cash.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.

• Statement Nail & Wax Lounge is not responsible for unauthorized use.

Promotions & Discounts

• Gift cards may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

• Promotional or bonus gift cards may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Expiration

• Gift cards do not expire.

Balance & Redemption

• Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

• Gift cards must be presented at checkout to be redeemed.

• Gift card balances cannot be transferred to another card once redeemed.
